Is it possible to cancel an invitation I've already sent?

Absolutely - but only if your client hasn't already accepted your invite and confirmed their account.

Here's how to cancel an invitation you've sent:

Step 1
Click "Client List" from the top nav bar

Step 2
Click on the name of the appropriate client

Step 3
Click "Withdraw invitation"
